Red guajillo and arbol chilli sauce pork tamales
The slow cooked Shredded pork is then simmered in our red sauce and covered in a Corn Masa Dough, then wrapped in a Corn Husk and steamed for around 2 hours.
We then vacuum seal them and freeze ready for dispatch.

Tamali, we love you! I have been ordering our tamales from here for years now. I absolutely recommend everyone to give them a try.
